To get the secret ending, take the opportunity to make a joke when you first meet Brick. There is also an additional ending with Brett and Kyle (accessed in a way similar to the good ending), where you speak with one of them three times, crash their meeting, and call the masquerade breach as you see it... albeit incorrectly :D
