Oki! Ummm-Kaz first
Kaz was born into a low income family in the shittier parts of Hosu City. He was born with two quirks, his wings and his fire. His dad was a thug and just generally an absolutely awful person who beat his wife and son, and Kaz consistently tried to use his wings to escape and fly away, thinking that a pro-hero would rescue him and take him away from this awful place. One day after a particularly troublesome escape attempt, his dad got fed up. He restrained his then 11 year old son, and using a meat cleaver chopped his wings off, putting an end to Kaz's dreams. Kaz's dad was caught and arrested by the pros three years after this, and his mom died of fever shortly after, unable to get medical attention in their area and without the meager income his dad provided. Alone, Kaz wandered the streets homeless for a while, committing petty crimes and fighting to stay alive, that is, until he was taken in by Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai. Kaz worked with them for about two years, during which time he learned about Eri and their plans. Kaz hated the abuse they were putting her through, and secretly planned to free her, but being a low-level grunt meant that he could never get close. After the group was taken down, Kaz managed to escape capture and went back to being practically homeless, living in abandoned places and committing crimes to live. Kaz has a general disregard for society and really doesn't care what happens to it, but he has no interest in joining the LOV despite being repeatedly scouted by them, Dabi in particular-he doesn't really believe in committing crimes for chaos's sake. However, the fairly large scale of his crimes and the similarity between his power and Dabi's have garnered him unwanted attention and lead many to think he's working with the LOV and the Meta Liberation Army. He really fucking hates Dabi.
Okokok-so this one features things that you would probably know more about than me cuz you read the manga-so I may rely on you a teeny bit-
Lukas lived a fairly normal life until he was 4 and his quirk started developing. His family quickly realized that he couldn't control it so he was constantly kept under close supervision, but they operated under the assumption that he would figure out how to control it as he got older, and since he was still young it was fairly easy to control him when he changed into his wolf form, since he was still just a cub. However, when Lu was 6 his entire family was killed in a villain related explosion that destroyed the majority of his district. During that time, his powers activated and he went on a rampage. Similarly to Hawks, the government found him and took him in for training, figuring he could be a great pro if he mastered his powers. He was actually kept in the same facility as Hawks, where Hawks basically became his big brother and protector. When Hawks got out of the facility before Lukas did, he lost a lot of the previous control he had over his quirk, growing incredibly angry and still being fairly emotionally volatile as he was young, about 12 at the time. He actually managed to escape the facility during one of his rampages, overpowering the guards. He wandered the streets for a bit causing a lot of trouble due to his inability to control himself before the LOV found him and took him in, amazed by his strength. He developed a really strong familial bond with them, all of them loving him in their own capacity as well, since y'know he's just so damn sweet and loveable. Shigaraki generally kept Lu as his secret weapon, pumping him full of trigger when he wanted to unleash an attack and releasing him with the Nomus. The worst part is that since Lu blacked out during his rampages, he had no idea what had happened or what he'd done, and Shiggy generally marketed Trigger to him as a drug that would help him so he didn't really know he was being used. He's especially close with Twice, Toga and Dabi, Compress, and Shiggy who he kinda regards like his dad.
