Okay so my mom is from Mexico City-I just wanna throw that out. So during the winter, we usually eat Caldo De Pollo. (Broth of Chicken-) which is okay-oh-A LOT OF TACOS- mostly Birria...(Goat-) and umm-fish-lots of fish. Shirmp-ummm-
a common dinner that my mom would cook would be
Chuletas, arros, frijoles, lettuce, y tomate.
Chuletas are like pork-
arros is rice- its orange rice the one my mom makes
frijoles are beans-
tomate is tomato.
