Yes. This game has lots of optional fetishes but it's all made very clear in the game's choices.
Good paths are for relationship/harem building.
Dark paths turn this game into one of the lewdest games out there.
Aside from those; for lots of naughty scenes, you can either choose to skip them, turn them "mild" for a more vanilla experience, or "wild" for a naughtier experience.
