I am wondering how you caused this bug? Did you go through from the beginning or did you skip quests?

Sorry for the wait, i simply go through mission to mission depending of the requierement of each one. i didn't begin the elf mission right away, maybe that's why i got the bug ... I will began a new game+ and see if i encounter the same problem.
