Ezmore’s Castle has some cool and enjoyable aspects, but in general I played better and more complete games and especially RPGs. The game starts with your character arriving in the open map of the game, but you can directly see in the first interaction with the NPCs and the quest and task system, that there are still some flaws. First if you completed a quest there is not really anything, that gives you feedback that you completed a quest. One time I also had the problem, that I was stuck in the quest menu and could not leave the game or the conversation with the NPC. Except the quest system and the missing feedback, I also disliked the movement and fighting system, they are not interesting and your options while fighting are few. You cannot do anything else, except clicking on the enemy and hoping that you have enough health to defeat him. For the movement system I would recommend using the arrows to direct and move into the directions. The map can be traveled freely and there are a lot of different areas to discover, but it would be cool to have a different type of area like are desert or something like that. The story of Ezmore’s Castle is very confusing for me, because I haven’t gotten any clue of, I till the end of the game.

What I liked on the Game is the user interface, because it is clear and the map as well as the skill and health and mana bar are in a good design and easy to find. The inventory is also clear, and the weapon and gear system is good and visual. Like the quest I wished there would be more feedback wile you collect loot, but that is a minor remark. The loot system and the different items are one of the strongest points of the game and it is enjoyable to collect them and see them in your inventory. The Character looks pretty cool after a while, with all the gear and stuff you collected.

Because of that, I would probably rate the game as a 4/10.
