That's the, uh, thing that's been fixed now.
It's not a pathing issue or something, it's just that the there was no flag to make the padalo spawn at a different location after the flesh maze puzzle.
It's regrettable for me to say that another download is required to, uh, apply this fix. Super sorry about that.
