Except-Lukas was still in the doorway-when the building went down.
The explosions went off, causing the building to come crumpling down-and Lukas was trapped under the rubble.
There were levels and levels of rubble-as much as Uraraka could lift the rocks, there were a LOT of layers-it was gonna take a while-
After about 4 hours-they found the upper half of Lukas, passed out-face bloody and dirty and covered in bruises and cuts-he had a huge gash on his forehead that was bleeding out. His lower half was still completely covered in rubble.
