I have a doubt regarding the save/load screen, the day and time marking is strange as can be seen in the image below, is it just me? Can I solve it?

Maybe I didn't get it right, but does CJ become a girl when he's in the "other world"? I had the impression that he/she had breasts, not as big as Vic's, but rather protruding.
