First go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ download it and install.
Agree to change it to default browser.
Finish installation, go to Itch and download game, dont go for itch app.
Next you probably may need unpacking tool, like 7zip or winrar.
Pretty much same steps as with Chrome, you go like https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm or https://www.7-zip.org/ and download / install stuff.
After that, you're pretty much ready to go. Assuming you already have 64 bit Java installed, you just need to rightclick - unpack game into some folder, and you can play it.
Most errors happening are either Itch app glitches, or users doing unpacking with really old tools (like using winrar 3.0 instead of 6.0), or users lacking actual PC specs (no videocard, 32 bit instead of 64, low memory etc).
