I have a, 4GB Ram, i3 and W10 64bits, Graphic card AMD Radeon HD 6450
I bet it's the graphics unit on your cpu. Sounds like it's to weak.
with an i5 cpu would it work better?
Better would be a dedicated graphics card from Nvidia or AMD. They are just very expensive nowadays.
