Just extract the script file to the game's /game folder overwriting the original file and you're good to go

No you're stupid, I am. I fucked up big time. I have no idea why this happened, but somehow the script file was only working for chapter 5 and not the previous ones. I've uploaded a new patch that should now fix that. Please download and try again and let me know if there are any problems.
