I KNOW RIGHT!? And like-I heckin' love that movie tbh but like ok so here's my idea for how to make this-
so Bakugou and Ren's families have arranged a marriage for them, very much against their will but whatchu gonna do? It's the day of the wedding rehearsal, and like-Ren and Bakubabe aren't really in love or anything like that-but like they're friends-so y'know, they've just kinda resigned themselves...anyways-Bakubabe just ROYALLY fucks up the rehearsal-he just can't for the life of him get his vows right, aaaand when that pisses him off he may or may not blow the altar upppppp....so they kick him out of the church and he goes running off into the woods, where he practices his vows-and actually gets them right-but oopsie poopsies he kindaaaa accidentally proposed to the corpse husband and now he's in the underworldddddd-and obviously the underworld's just like-FULL of the U.A. kids-oh and Dabi's definitely still the villain dude.
