How do i download this game for windows? im a little confused because it doesnt do anything when i click on the file

It says extract to desired location and then click on game.exe to start playing but I don't know how to get there, there's not an extract file option I'm just a lil confused
What is it supposed to download as? it keeps downloading a internet explore file
After you have downloaded the Aliens in the Backyard v12(win) file.7z you need a program to unpack the archive. 7-zip or Winrar.
