So, when I added female trans in Influencing, I made a poll on Patreon and let patrons decide it. Most of the things that involves sexual preferences in Influencing, I let the poll decide. In the future with more (and different) patrons I might reopen this poll and see if male trans content is a thing that a big part of players wish. I really don't mind adding it if it proves to be something really wanted by the players.
