So... about 'Stranger in a Strange Land' quest. they said I have to head down stair and meet Katelyn again. and think I did(met her at down stair - go right). But nothing progressed. What am I missed? can someone tell me what to do? pls?
Same. I think it may be bugged, or may the trigger may be difficult to actually get. My guess is once you get your license, you have to go home and find Katelyn.
