in theory the only glitch I encountered when I loaded the old save to the new build is that the cecile face during breeding was blank and there wasn't hair
but because cecile was changed a bit, i guess in all conversation with her you could encounter that, in theory you can ignore it and proceed with old save, but if you want to have as little bugs as possible it's adviced to start again
