He was passed out-and as the waves pulled back, Ren could see that Kai had legs.
"...Huh..?"
He grabbed Kai, picking him up, and placing him down farther away from the water.
yeah he had two very human legs.
"How the hell-"
He put his hand to his neck, he was still breathing- that means he aint dead which is good.
"....Kai.."
Kai's eyes started to open. He smiled weakly at him

Tears started to form in his eyes- he grabbed his face, and kissed him.
His eyes widened in surprise before lowering, kissing him back, arms wrapping around his neck
He pulled away, looking at him- tears rolling down his cheeks.
"K-Kai- I-I missed you so so so much-"
He smiled at him, tears in his eyes. He went to say "I missed you too"-but no words came out. His face fell and he looked away
"..Why..why can't you speak..?"
