( i apologize for the late response) the experience required as the preference of one of our programmers "They have worked in unity before and know how to script in C#, bonus points if they have used Unity Collab before"
The project is a Metroidvania if you are unfamiliar with what that is its kinda like a platformer (in the scenario that this doesn't answer your question or answer it enough just let me know)
