Just asking, will there be a feature in the game where the player can go back to the office to change party and such? I've been struggling trying to beat shadow of I. in polka's stage and figured it would be better to use calli but unfortunately, I can't.

No, I'm sorry but there is not going to be such feature in the game. Each stage appears in a random order (with some exceptions after you complete a certain amount of stages, due to story related events), so having a save file before going on a stage and one while in the stage is highly recommended (as I suggested in here https://okamiakarutsuki.itch.io/dream-labirynth/devlog/295121/updates-0917-ver-0... ), so in case you struggle on a certain stage, you can go back to the save file while you were still in the Office and try getting another stage .
I don't know what party you currently have, but considering what comes after that enemy, I suggest to level up between lvl 20 and lvl 24 to have a better time dealing with the stage.
