I admit the battle is kind of painful, but that's kind of the point.
I can give you advice in ways to beat them easily based in your first character choice and stronger tam composition, though

For example, a good strategy if you started with Kiara, is using the skill from her shield to taunt all single target attacks, then use her skill Battle Stance to give her 100% counter, so your healer can have a better time with the team survival.
Gura has a skill to 100% evade all physical damage, and her passive make her get targeted a lot, so that can help as well to avoid damage from single target attacks (if also Lamy is in the party this may not work well since she has also a high chance to be targeted).
In the other hand, Aqua, Pekora and Okayu are targeted less often. Specially Pekora, has high evasion rate and can "jump", so for one turn she has 100% evasion of any kind of damage until the next turn

Another strategy I can think of is relying on Ame's second Ultimate if you started with her, since can inflict "Freeze Time" on an enemy, r when Ina is in the party Ame can use a Unison Skill to freeze Time as well

In general, due to the enemies' skills, the best order to deal with them is in order from left to right (basically Enma deals more damage but the other two have skill to weaken your party pretty bad)
The best level to deal with this is with your character of choice (leader) between levels 40 and 44 and the others at least at level 30. If your leader is level 45 or above, the fight will become even more tough so take also this in consideration!
