With how the one store is talked about, the clothes being suspiciously cheap, and how the guests at the club were described like being in a trance when the jacket was interfacing with the hard-light emitters, I was totally expecting something weird about the jacket. I was thinking maybe it has mind control abilities when used with hard-light emitters. But instead it seems that Alice just wanted it for herself.
I found it frustrating that Adrian doesn't say anything about what he saw. What I assume to be Benjie's presumably inevitable betrayal might've been avoidable, or at least it would put doubt in their mind for when Benjie will likely sabotage things to make Adrian look suspicious. But maybe I'm wrong.
