But Ren didn't think it was Kai, he shrugged it off, and continued drinking.
Kai glanced over and saw Ren-he did a double take, eyes widening. His face lit up with absolute JOY
Katsuki : "Ren...your gonna get drunk if you keep on drinking-"
"Says the person who gets drunk after 3 drinks."
Katsuki : "Watch it before I blow your ass Ren-"
"I'm soooo afraidddddd-"
Kai was SO FUCKING HAPPY-he bolted up from his stool, narrowly avoiding tripping and falling-and ran over to Ren, hugging him tightly
"Nh-"
Ren just froze, not moving at all- as if he were frozen in time. Katsuki put down his drink, looking at Ren. Covering his mouth with his hand- SO CLOSE TO LAUGHING-
"Um- can I help you?"
He then looked at Kai, still not knowing who he was.
He pulled away and signed out excitedly, smiling
"Ren it's me-it's Kai!"
He looked at him up and down, then looked at his face, making eye contact.
"Uhh- no- no you arent-"
Kai's brows furrowed in confusion, face falling a bit. He signed out-yeah he's speaking sign language just so we're clear
"Y-Yeah I am-I-I know I look a bit different now what with the whole legs thing and all but-i-it IS me-"

He shook his head.
"I'm pretty sure your confused of someone else- 'cause I know that I left and Kai stayed there-"
He shook his head
"I left. A little bit after I got legs I moved here. Oh-and you don't need to sign-I can hear you-I'm mute, not deaf."
