mabye break the stuff you wanna do up in small parts
do the heavy hitting stuff first
then do the small things
I know I've tried it but it still seems like such a big task even if it's just idk drawing a line. I just want to get in bed. Lay down. Really feel the comfort and sleep for 12 hours straight then wake up and feel refreshed and like my sleep was so nice and energizing. Then I'll have the motivation to actually do something. But we all know that's never gonna happen because
1. school
2. bedtime procrastination
3. insomnia
4. anxiety
5. sick
