Your reasons for abandoning the project are understandable. That said, MAiH offers something entirely different from anything else out there.
The concept is too good to be shelved forever, but if/when you choose to return, I suggest that you start from scratch. This would be painful initially, but it certainly beats reworking terrible coding over and over again with each subsequent version.
Yeah, I won't make any promises but I would like to start over on Miss-Adventures after finishing my current game. Build it from the ground up. I've learnt so much since starting this project, it would be infinitely better than it is now. If I do eventually reboot it, it will be in quite a while and it will be a very different game as I have many ideas already to improve it from the start. That's future talk though, I am really enjoying working on a different project right now :)
