I cant do anything. I loged into my acc but I cant press anything, only "quit game" button.

no, I just installed it. I'm using Macbook air m1, mac os: BigSur. I chose the apple silicon version.
We just now switched to unity 2020 (where was added support for Apple Silicon), so it may not work correctly.
Try Intel_x64 and if you will notice any performance problems, then download 2019.
