He carefully got down on his hands and knees and helped pick up the bigger pieces of glass, avoiding the sharp edges
Ren tilted his head, kinda shocked- he just shrugged, and started scooping the small pieces of glass with the broom, and putting them in the dust pan.
"....You know, you didn't haveta do that..."

See- Ren likes to play stupid- I mean...REALLY STUPID.
"I know you're the one who broke it...Katsuki really doesn't like me, but that doesn't mean anything bad would've happened to me-"
"I never broke it! The brick's stacked up by themselves-"
"Oh-yeah, they just moved by themselvessss..."
He raised an eyebrow at him, grinning
"They did."
He wasn't looking at Peter, he was just trying to finish cleaning the glass off of the floor.
