I Dont have that option because even itch wants me to buy it again if you want my purchase confirmation i can do that but I really dont wanna pay twice if this can't be solved i guess i'll just have to accept i lost 10 bucks

Ofc you should not pay 2x! It seems there is a bug on itch, send me an email on company account.

where is the company account I'm not great at navigating itch

Edit: is the company account on your main website? if so is it the support or sales or are both wrong and im looking at the wrong emails?

I now have my code however I now can't figure out what to do with it the applab page doesn't have an option for my key to be put in help?

Edit: turns out I'm kinda dumb and i figured out where to use the code thanks for the help it saved me from paying again or losing my money anyways I'ma go enjoy meh game again bye.
