Bullet Hell is a stand that can move through any stopped time without issue and is immune to any sort of projectile-type attack from other stands and their users. Bullet Hell is the 3rd and final form of its 2 previous incarnations, Spray N' Pray and Heavy Artillery. While being an upgrade to its previous form Heavy Artillery, it now has a few upgrades that give it the edge in any battle. It's now able to fire highly dense rounds of concentrated plasma that move at 43,000 ft per second. It is now able to fire longer distances, from a range of 4000 yards with near-perfect accuracy. With its heavy armor shed and morphed into a light, flexible, streamlined armor, Bullet Hell can now move at speeds of up to 290 mph. That said, the lesser armor makes it easier to damage Bullet Hell with beatdowns and punching attacks. If the stand or its user is badly injured or near death, Bullet Hell can unleash its deadliest ability, Full Salvo MAX. This ability gives Bullet Hell the power to fire a massive nuke of blinding light in the area of 3 miles that eradicates all other stands, stand users, and extraterrestrial life from existence. This ability is risky, as there is a 90% chance of the stand user being killed just from the power output alone.
