Can you actually prevent the war? I’ve had every country become dominant, but I haven’t been able to prevent the war at all.
You can prevent the war by reaching the point in which Oceania finds alien technology. Then the game stops working. I guess it's the ninth ending. The other eight all involve one coalition or another turning red or white.
