Do you have S-Mode? It won't let you play it if you do.

It should say when you try to play it, if not then that's not the problem. Anyway S-Mode is a type of firewall, so think twice about removing it. S-Mode blocks apps that don't come from the Microsoft store.
I see, but i dont know how to launch the game, I downloaded it to my files but i dont see a prompt or app thing anywhere to play

Did you click on the file and then the app? It will ask you to extract the file
