One of the features I miss from the original is the comparatively easier ability to capture slaves. Need an elf? Go find some elf bandits by elftown.
Now it seems the only slaves you can capture are at the end of lengthy dungeons (And don't always appear.) And you have no idea what race it will be in advance if it does.
(Holding out hope someone will say "you can still do that dumbass, you just..")
