The kids that were in Class 1-A are now pro-heros, they were knocked out and brought to a Private Island. Villian Deku Kidnapped them and promised them if they completed all the challenges, they would be set free and he would never bother Pro-Heros again, but if you lost the game you would be.."Eliminated". It also depends what character what you use, this is what they get out of it if they make it alive. Lukas : He'll get his family back, Kaz : His father will never bother him again, and Katsuki would forgive him for Kaz leaving him for so long. Kade : Villian Deku won't bother the Hero society. Bakugou : ...nothing. Its kinda like the squid games- yeah.
