He didn't answer, looking at the ground, tears in his eyes. He held up his right hand, and Hero could see what he hadn't noticed before-Patton had a small, unremarkable but undeniable gold wedding band on his ring finger. His bottom lip quivered

Emile glared at Hero
E: "...So you see, Patton is in fact very much mine to keep..."

Patton screamed, shaking with anger-.......Hero had never-NEVER-heard Patton raise his voice.....he'd never even heard Patton get angry-
Hero's eyes began to widen...Not from the fact of the marriage...okay partially that, but seeing Patton so angry..and scared was just..something new to him, and the fact he just heard that he was a SERVANT to her, that just made his rage grew
".....You...Fucking...Bitch, You whore! Why in the FUCK would you EVER think of that, I spent my life loving humans but YOU...YOU make that love weaker, The only thing keeping me from ripping you apart, is my love for the ones i love...and Me having Patton in view of me...
He laughed
E: "...You act like I'm the bad guy, Patton, but don't you ever forget-you agreed to all of it.
P: ".....I-I-" He hiccupped "I-I just wanted a friend-"
E: "I am your friend, Patton! I'll always be your friend....dearest, do you think these people will love you? They're using you, just like everyone else-"
P: "N-N-No they're not-Y-You used me-"
E: "I helped you! Patton darling, before me, you were completely alone. I protected you-I kept you out of harm's way-why are you abandoning me now...? Why are you leaving everything behind...?"
P: "........"
E: "...Come home with me, Patton...please...."
"Name ONE...thing that you did for Patton and he DIDN'T hate it....NAME IT! Oh, i know, you...fucking....can't, You know what, i'm done with you, Patton, go find Roman and go back to the cave, I am dealing...with this...myself..."
His tail began to loosen up, allowing Patton to be able to move out of it, meanwhile his hands began to curl into a a ball...that put hatred seemed to finally snap inside of him
E: "...He still loves me, Snake-don't try to delude yourself into thinking otherwise. And Patton dear-you think they'll love you after this? ...They'll hate you sooner or later my love...and I'll be here for you with open arms when they leave you behind. Never forget Patton-you need me...without me, you'd be nothing."
With that, he turned around and walked out of the woods. Roman burst into the clearing, looking around furiously-
R: "I'm so, so sorry I couldn't get here sooner-where's the threat!?"
"N-Nnnn-"
Patton's legs finally gave out on him, and he fell to his knees, sobbing
