Is there a bug going on with the android download? I've tried everything on my end but it is still saying app not installed.
Does your phone allow you to install third-party APK? Make sure that there is a permission.
And try downloading the APK again. ( make sure that the weight of the downloaded apk is the same as indicated on the website )
The Android version is working properly.
