Kai had saw Cinder and smiled brightly, making his way down the stairs after he left his room, he was glad to know she was actually okay
Her mind was just reeling, she didn't even notice him as she stood in the palace courtyard, biting her thumbnail
He came to the door and opened it :3
"Hf-"
She jolted upright as the door opened, on edge.
Kai smiled brightly and pretty much ran to cinder, hugging her tightly when he reaches her, he missed her dearly, even if it wasn't that long
"HF-"
She hugged him back, hiding her face in his chest.
"Thank god your alright! Are you okay, d-did the queen see you?!
He sounded worried, but he was at least glad that she SEEMED alright
She burrowed deeper into his chest, trembling a bit
"quietly ....she did....."
He grew a bit silent at that comment...but he spoke up with a bit of fear in his voice...
"S-She did..? A-Alright, we should g-get you back home, i don't want you t-to risk your life f-for just being close to here"
"I'm sorry....I just-"
