Ayako continues playing with her pencil. The puts it in between her nose and mouth then makes a duck face making it look like a mustache, she then goes cross eyed

“Pfftt heheh!”
she takes away the pencil and laughs as well
she put her head back down
once the school day is over Ayako is in the dorms messing around in her sketch book
as fate would have it, they’re dorm mates
Juny was in her bed
"hey what should I draw?"
she tore her gaze away from her wrists
“Uhh…try drawing me!”
"Alrighty!"
she began drawing hyper focused on the piece
she looked at her wrists again
