"Thank you for not fighting, im glad you at least accepted this...a lot of people will thank you for your sacrifice..!"

"....."

About 5 minutes passed. Then, rather suddenly, the voice filled the room again, demanding another blood sample.

"Medbot, get another sample from her now, i think we might've found...something!"

She flinched as the medroid took some more blood

"Would someone PLEASE tell me what's going on? You're going to give me the antidote, right? Or have you given up any pretense of this working-"

???: "Medroid, disconnect the patient from the monitoring machines and escort her into lab room 4D."

"Oh yeah uh-, sorry that information is a bit private, but you might be our lucky break! I don't wanna get your hopes uppp but you might be the thing to save thousands!"

"W-"

Protests and questions formed on her lips as the medroid wheeled her out of the room and into the hall, treads squeaking

"...I think I have some oil in my calf compartment if you'd like me to fix that..."

it stayed silent. She was wheeled into a small exam room. Her restraints suddenly clicked open with a hiss and she jumped out of them, rubbing her wrists and breathing a huge sigh of relief. She saw her gloves and boots folded and placed on the exam table, and she grabbed them, quickly putting them back on and enjoying the comfort they gave. A screen blared to life suddenly, surprising her. It showed the medical diagram of her from earlier. Behind her, the door whooshed open. An old man in a grey newsboy cap and white lab coat stood before her, carrying her two blood samples.

"Hello mad'am...are you feeling well? In any more pain then you should be?"

"W-Who are you?"

???: "Dr. Erland, the leading scientist of the royal Letumosis research team. Why don't you sit down? I have some important things to discuss with you."

He pulled out a seat for her to sit in, then walks to the other side of the table and pulls out his own, setting the blood samples down in front of her

She glared at him

"Oh, now you want to talk. I got the impression that you don't care much about your guinea pigs."
