"What do you mean!? Don't you need someone to be here?!"
They we're carrying some of her stuff :>
Adri: "If you care for Peony as you claim, you'll do as I say. If you weren't so selfish, you would've volunteered yourself after leaving the market instead of ruining my family. Again."
"But-"
Adri: "Take her away."
Cinder stood there, stunned as the nearest android held a scanner to her wrist, scanning her ID chip
???: "Linh Cinder, your voluntary sacrifice is admired and appreciated by the Eastern Commonwealth. A payment will be made to your loved ones as a show of gratitude for your contribution to our ongoing studies."
"...No...you don't care about Peony-you just want the payout!!"
Adri crossed the room and slapped her. The sound echoed throughout the room
Adri: "Take her. Get her out of my sight!"
"Y-You can't take me against my will!"
???: "We have been authorized by your legal guardian to take you by force if necessary."
"No...no-I'm not going to be a test subject for deranged scientists-never again!!"
She got up, punching the bot in it's sensor, smashing it with her metal cyborg hand. She spun around and kicked the other one's sensor in with her thick boots, mind reeling, already thinking of how she would escape, how she would get out-the third medroid's metal pincers grabbed her wrist. Electricity sizzled, sparks fired as the voltage overwhelmed Cinder's nervous system, causing her to cry out. She collapsed to the ground, red warnings flashing across her retina display, until her cyborg brain forced her body to shut down in an act of preservation.
ooo is it Saw time already?
Green text scrolled along the bottom corner of Cinder's dark vison. Diagnostics check complete. All systems stabilized. Rebooting in 3...2...1...Cinder jolted awake. she could feel the hum of electricity above her head, and her fingers twitched, too drained to even flinch. She forced her eyes open, adjusting to harsh fluorescents.
???:: "Ah! Juliet awakens!"
She tried to move, but something was holding her in place. She panicked and frantically turned her head, trying to see who had spoken. Her own reflection stared back at her-and she was looking at a machine. Her gloves and boots had been taken, her pant legs rolled up. Every little bit of her metal parts were on display.
