she didn't really notice either, scared, but her hand squeezed his lightly
He looked at it but didn't really mind, thooo he did blush a little as it was a bit unexpected...although he did feel scared...something about her calmed him just a little
they waited for the shouts of the market to die down
"J-Jesus...did that lady just catch i-it or did she willingly come here?!"
She shook her head
"She would've been quarantined before she could ever come here-she must've just caught it. C'mon, let's sneak out the back-"
???: "Are we in trouble?"
"No, I just can't really handle a trip to the quarantines right now-"
"I don't think any of us can...are you sure we should actually leave?"
She nodded
"They've already cleared the market out-they're probably just going to set the bakery on fire now..."
???: "All those sticky buns..."
"Right, still think it's a bit overkill but alright"
He got up with her and started to walk with her, still holding her hand
"..."
She looked down and smiled, blushing lightly
"Kinda glad i came in here now, or well even more so..."
