A smile tugged at the corner of her lips

"Heh-well, I'm glad to know I'm odd-"

A smile grew on his face, he sat back up and held his hands together

"Yep, I also must admit, i actually never seen your type of model before, are you a cyborg who desperately had to be made oooor was it like a long processes?"

"Iiii-don't really know to be honest-I don't have any memories before the surgery, and the ones from it are pretty hazy-they told me I was in a hovercar accident-the bones in my leg were pretty much sawdust, to quote the doctors, they saved me-but...not my parents..."

"Hmm...that sounds familiar actually...there was large crash a couple of years ago, said that about 60% of the people in it had lost there lives...but that could've been an different one...maybe im over thinking it"

She shrugged

"Probably not...it was in Europe-that's where I was born, I was brought here-"

"Ohh, yeah then probably not, it was actually just near the castle, tho i was out of it so i never saw it"

"Damn-sounds crazy...anywayysss Imma just-"

She ducked below the table and grabbed the new foot, beginning to connect the color coordinated wires. Iko let out a gasp of embarrassment

???: "Cinder! You're really just going to do that in front of him!?"

"Eh, I can't wait forever-"
???: "But-"

"Hold these-"

She thrust a bowl full of screws into Iko's pincers

???: "Well-it fits nice, doesn't it?"

"It's very nice Iko-I just hope Adri doesn't notice...."

"Hey, i hope you don't mind me asking, buuut how come y'all-, or well you act like she's doing something embarrassing in front of me? it's not like she just hopped onto my back, she's just attaching her new foot"

(1 edit)

She looked up at him, raising an eyebrow

"Um-Cyborg draft? No cyborgs allowed in these shops? Anti-Cyborg mentality? Noneee of this is ringing a bell for you? I can't even go into the bakery across the street, and the vendors next door to me constantly complain-so no, I don't exactly think most people would take kindly to me attaching a new foot in front of them-"

???: "I keep telling you, you should just get skingrafting-"

"And I keep telling you, I can start working on that when we finally have enough money for the dress-"

"oh right, do people really still do that shit? I don't even understand why, y'all are still human, so why must you be treated different?"

He leaned back in his chair a bit, crossing his arms as he seemed a bit ticked off
