He then bent down and grabbed his collar.

He turned to Amira, crying.

He then let go of his collar, pushing him down as, he got up and looked at her, walking over to her.

"Are you okay miss?"

She smiled and joked, but it was clearly forced-he could see that she was shaking, clutching her arm

"Mhm, yea, run along now, your obviously scared of me-if I were you I would be too, but just before ya go.."

He pulled out a card and placed it on the ground.

"Call me if you need help."

He then turned around, placing his hands in his pockets, as he walked back over to his car which was a black priest.

(Nope attempted r!pe still counts as sexual assault and that's what this was. Sexual threats also fall under the label-he threatened her and grabbed her with the obvious intent to touch her in a sexual manner without her consent.)
