Kai's eyes widened-he swam over-and quickly caught him before he could drown, holding him by his waist
"W-J-Jesus-are you ok!??"
He was coughing out some water, shaking his head...when he stopped his hair wsa frazzled, looking around as he was confused what was happening....he quickly saw him and his eyes widen as well
"W-Who are Y-You?!"
"....um-I-I'mmmmm....-"
He hesitated-despite himself he was remembering all the terrible things his dad had said about humans....
"W-Well um that's not important-w-we should get you to shore-"
"Y-Yeah please, it's freezing! God i wish i wore warmer....wait a second, a-are you one of the Merpeople that i heard about?!"
"What-N-NO! No of course not how could I be a merperson merpeople aren't even real!!"
"Nooo, You are aren't you! Man it's so nice to see someone like you, i never seen your kind....anywhere!"
He was very happy, like so happy he almost hugged him just because of it!

He sighed
"Hey....are you alright? You seem kinda down, did...did i bring up a bad topic?"
