CHARACTER ONE DIARY POV: “A memento mori my dear friend is an object, image, or anything else that shows the inevitability of death and that all things must come to an end. Say a skull. A few nights ago when I wanted a drink of water, I passed the portrait of the girl and it moved. I nearly shouted in surprise instead, I did the stupid thing. I talked to it. Yep.
