Just look at this beaut'.  It's a testament to the maker's skill AND to the versatility of the RPG medium as a whole.

The image would not make you suspect that the origins of this ttrpg game would lie in the epic mythmakings that is John Harper's excellent Agonyet here we are.

Fair warning, you will need a copy of  Agon or at least be familiar with the Paragon system in order to play Odyssey Aquatica.

In this game,  you go on aquatic adventures as part of a research team in the 1960's, following the footsteps of Jacques Cousteau, gaining fame or infamy on your missions and creating your memoires of your exploits as you go along. It could not be farther from the original system's source material, is wholly original and it is jam-packed with original ideas.

For the maker's among you, it is not only gorgeous looking, it is master class on layout, writing and how form follows function. There is not an ounce of fat in this  boo and I am forever envious how well-curated the entire thing is.

If that doesn't win you over, Old Dog Games even threw together a neat trailer:

Show the maker some love, and get it right now.
