(oh- OH OKAY OKAY OKAY SO HERES MY IDEA- Katsuki was born quirkless and was always picked on as a kid. While he always wanted to be a hero, but possibly couldn't because he was quirkless. A few years pass by and now hes in College. Thats when everything changes- someone offered him to sell his soul for a quirk, but the person wouldn't tell him what the quirk would be. After that, he still goes to college but no one knows about the quirk he has. Until (your character) sees that Katsuki used his power infront of him by accident. Now in that college, it was forbitten to have a quirk there. We could also use one of the characters that we've used for a rp if you'd like!)
