More info: it always does the Down + B move when i try to do Right + B using the analog. Controller is a PDP Wired Controller for Xbox One, using it on PC obviously.
I tested it and saw a similar issue. I'll have it fixed in a day or two, but in the meantime maybe go to settings>controls>calibrate controller and try increasing the dead zone for the left stick Y.
