He laid Kappa down and pulled the kelp out, slowly wrapping it around his tail, just above the wound

His little fish swam out of the hole going to get something

He tighten the kelp, tying them together

He reached out to him a little, struggling
"S-Shh shh, Y-Your gonna be alright..."
He held his hand, shaking as he was terrified for him
