"I just wanted to know why you are always late." Takeuchi seems nervous to be curious.

"Oh-um...I-I dunno..."

Takeuchi shrugs and says, "Just wondering." He turns around starts walking home.

Ok-here's my prompt:

The fortune teller poured some tea.

"I can't tell your future."

"But that's your job."

"If I tell you your future it will unfold differently, and I'll be wrong. Trust me, you want this more."

What he really wanted, however, was this audacious fortune teller who refused his money and told him she knew what was best for him.
