People have said that the blue sky issue was fixed when they bought the paid version. Which is really weird - (I promise that wasn't intentional!)
So if you want, you could buy it to test it out, and if it doesn't work you can get in contact with itch.io support to organise a refund.
I've tried to find the root cause of this problem but have still been unsuccessful sadly
